Born in Cyrene, but living in Alexandria majority of his life, Eratosthenes accomplished a lot. Eratosthenes was the second
librarian of Alexandria, succeeding Zenodotos. He is most known for his extremely accurate calculations of the Earth's circumference.
Although he made many contributions to math and science discoveries too. This website shows his accomplishments, his impact
